    • Address or contact details are incorrect

    • Order appears suspicious or fraudulent

    • Customer fails COD confirmation

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours

  • Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier partner

  • Delays due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval
