At CuratoKart, we offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must be returned with original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If the item is:

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Gift cards

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days

Refund Method

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method

  • COD orders: Refunded via UPI / Bank Transfer
